Housemark is hosting an exclusive series of meetings with the Housing Ombudsman, Richard Blakeway, for senior leaders from member organisations.
These invitation-only sessions provide direct insights on key topics like:
- Creating a positive complaint handling culture
- Latest updates and reports
- Emerging trends and good practice
You’ll also have the opportunity to provide feedback to the Ombudsman about your organisation’s current position and experiences with the body. The meetings will be held under Chatham House rules, and are invitation-only for senior leaders in Housemark member organisations.
