When you first subscribe, we hold an on site launch meeting to help your staff get full value from your HouseMark subscription.

The launch includes:

• a briefing on our range of services
• website demonstrations to help you find what you need
• guidance for staff responsible for collecting and analysing your benchmarking data – to help them get started
